En vísperas de Año Nuevo se publicó un artículo de mi autoría en la revista “Ucronías” del Colaboratorio Universitario de Ciencias, Artes, Tecnología, Innovación y Saberes del Sur (CONUSUR). En el mismo continúo con dos líneas de investigación que tratan de combinar algunos resultados de mis estudios en Argentina y en Europa: el rol del Derecho penal en la construcción del Estado argentino, y la recepción de los debates de la doctrina penal alemana durante dicho proceso. On New Year’s Eve an article of my authorship was published in “Ucronías”, a scientific journal edited by the Colaboratorio Universitario de Ciencias, Artes, Tecnología, Innovación y Saberes del Sur (CONUSUR). In this work I address two lines of research that try to combine my studies in Argentina and Europe: On the one hand, the role of Criminal Law in Argentina’s State-building process. On the other hand, the reception of the debates on German criminal law during such process. Its access is open on the website of the Journal.
